All our HR team are active members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. The CIPD are the professional body for HR and people development. They've been championing better work and working lives for over 100 years.
Qualifications
Tara Hopkins, our Founder and Director, became a Chartered Member of the CIPD in 2002 and is currently Co-Chair of our local CIPD branch - which has the aim of engaging, developing and supporting people professionals in the Chilterns.
Alison Taylor completed her professional qualifications.
Stacy Drye completed her Level 3 CIPD qualification in 2019 and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
Vicky Layton is currently working towards her Level 5 CIPD qualification, as a Student Member of the CIPD.
Mia Drakeford is currently working towards her Level 3 CIPD qualification, as a Student Member of the CIPD.
