Tara Hopkins

Founder and HR Consultant

I believe that work should be a positive aspect of our lives and want to help business owners achieve that for themselves and their teams.
We do this through:
- efficient employment administration
- managing risks effectively and
- introducing people practices that help businesses achieve their goals.
My background is as a generalist HR Manager within a variety of different businesses.
I enjoy solving puzzles and problems, where my mathematical brain and fondness for detective fiction can combine. I also love a good cup of tea!

Stacy Drye

I was HR by Tara's first employee in February 2022, utilising my previous supportive administration/secretarial experience and my CIPD Level 3 qualification.
In my experience, the most important thing is to be happy at work and that stems from the organisation itself. Supporting small businesses to achieve this and building rapport with their teams is the most rewarding aspect for me.
I enjoy dancing and my favourite dance style is modern line dancing. Dancing independently but inclusively with people of all ages and backgrounds is what makes it so special. Like Tara, I also love a nice cup of tea and a cake!


Ismail Hussain

HR & Business Support Administrator

I am a HR and Business Support Administrator, helping businesses with their HR systems and processes. I coordinate with partner organisations to ensure our clients are up to date with essential training. I have a degree in Business and Psychology and completed my dissertation on Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity and its impact on organisational culture. I have been involved in martial arts from a young age and enjoy helping support others on their fitness journey through coaching and support.

Sarah Robins

HR Administrator and Training Co-ordinator

Coming from a retail background, I have joined the team as the newest HR Administrator and training coordinator. I thrive on helping new and small businesses make the best environment for their staff. After working for small independents for the last few years, I know how important it is to have a great HR structure to support the team and the business owners. This was the main reason I took the leap and started my HR People Management course, which I am currently part way through. Ensuring employee engagement is something very close to my heart.
In my spare time I spend time with my son, usually at skateparks! I  have taken up roller skating in the last year and find it amazing for my health and well being. Also, when I have time, I enjoy barre and yoga workouts.
