I believe that work should be a positive aspect of our lives and want to help business owners achieve that for themselves and their teams.
We do this through:
- efficient employment administration
- managing risks effectively and
- introducing people practices that help businesses achieve their goals.
My background is as a generalist HR Manager within a variety of different businesses.
I enjoy solving puzzles and problems, where my mathematical brain and fondness for detective fiction can combine. I also love a good cup of tea!
